Posted by Adrian Williams on 16 June 2015 10:06 AM
Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on 23rd June 2015 to IP Voice Services

Date: Tuesday 23rd June 2015
Start time: 22:00 BST
End time: 23:00 BST

Purpose:

The Engineering Team will be upgrading the server infrastructure that supports MobileOffice, CRM Connect and Wallboard applications between 22:00 on 23rd June 2015 and 23:00 on 23rd June 2015.

Services affected:

MobileOffice and CRM Connect applications

Impact:

Whilst the works are carried out users will be unable to establish a login to MobileOffice or CRM Connect applications.
Any user not already logged in prior to the commencement of the work window will not be able to log in and will be unable to make or receive calls via the applications until the work is completed.
Any user already logged into MobileOffice or CRM Connect will remain logged in and will be able to continue to make and receive calls as normal. Therefore, please make sure that any users that require use of these services to make and receive calls are logged in prior to the works window.
Calls to or from a user's IP phone or UC Office application will be unaffected.
The wallboard application will be unavailable for the duration of the works.
Please also refrain from making any changes in the Business Portal to users who have a MobileOffice device assigned as configuration files will not be created, updated or deleted during this maintenance.

The Engineering team will be closely monitoring all systems and services, including the above, to ensure any disruption is as brief as possible.

Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on the
electrical supply at Comtec House:

Date: Friday, 15th May 2015
Start time: 19:30 BST (UTC+0100)
End time: 22:30 BST (UTC+0100)

Purpose

Scheduled testing of electrical systems.

The building black test is carried out on a biannual basis to test the
generators' capability in supporting the building electrical
infrastructure in the event of a power failure to the building.

No impact is expected from this routine testing. UPS systems will take
the load during switchover. In the event of any unforeseen problems,
UPS systems will take the load while utility power is restored.
