Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on 12th June 2015 to IP Voice Services Date: Friday 12th June 2015 Start time: 22:00 BST End time: Saturday 13th June 2015 02:00 BST Purpose: The Engineering Team will be moving a primary device in one of our SBC clusters into a new POP between 22:00 on 12th June 2015 and 02:00 on 13th June 2015. Services affected: IP Voice Services and Business Portal Impact: Prior to the migration, all traffic on this SBC cluster will be cut over to the secondary node. We do not expect there to be any loss of calls or registrations, but there will be a period of reduced redundancy while the move is carried out. The Engineering team will be closely monitoring all systems and services to ensure any disruption is as brief as possible.
