[Comtec House] Maintenance window 15th May 2015

Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on the electrical supply at Comtec House: Date: Friday, 15th May 2015 Start time: 19:30 BST (UTC+0100) End time: 22:30 BST (UTC+0100) Purpose Scheduled testing of electrical systems. The building black test is carried out on a biannual basis to test the generators' capability in supporting the building electrical infrastructure in the event of a power failure to the building. This test involves interrupting utility power to the building and allowing the generators to take the full building load for a 2 hour period during this window. Impact LOW No impact is expected from this routine testing. UPS systems will take the load during switchover. In the event of any unforeseen problems, UPS systems will take the load while utility power is restored. Services hosted at Comtec House are "at risk" during this window. Regards, David Croft | |
