[Core Network] Service Alert 14th February 2014
Posted by David Croft on 14 February 2014 02:18 PM
This is an incident notification regarding Internet connectivity at
site LSREI01 (Comtec House).

Date: Friday, 14th February 2014
Start time: 13:42 GMT

Services affected:

Internet access at LSREI01 (Comtec House).

Report:

At 13:42 we observed flapping in a third party circuit out of Comtec
House. Failover to the backup lines happened automatically, however
the issue on the primary circuit persists. We have therefore disabled
the affected circuit pending confirmation from our supplier that the
issue has been resolved.

The next update will be issued in 30 minutes.

Comtec NOC is tracking this issue under ticket [SUJ-701-70770].

Best regards,

David Croft

Please be advised of the following planned engineering works on our IP Voice platform:

Date: Sunday, 16th February 2014
Start time: 20:00 GMT
End time 23:59 GMT

Purpose:

The Engineering Team will be performing works to restructure some of the platforms internal routing policies between 20:00 on 16/02/2014 and 23:59 on 16/02/2013.

Start time: 21:00 GMT
End time 23:00 GMT
