Christmas moratorium 2013-2014
Posted by David Croft on 01 November 2013 04:11 PM |
Please be advised of the following Christmas moratorium scheduled on our network. Start date: Monday, 16th December 2013 End date: Sunday, 5th January 2014 Purpose: In line with industry best practice, we and our suppliers will be instituting our annual change freeze between these dates in order to protect customer services. Services affected: All. Impact: There will be an moratorium on changes across our network during this period. Provision activities may be delayed and lead times will be impacted if they fall within or after this window. Repair activities will not be affected. If we carry out any maintenance activity during this window, it will be for emergency reasons and will be carried out to protect customer service and the network from an uncontrolled loss of service. Please ensure any new orders are submitted in good time to avoid being affected by this window. Regards, David Croft Read more » | |

Service Alert 02/10/2013 - Update 1
Posted by Nigel Kingston on 02 October 2013 11:59 AM |
High levels of packet loss were detected with one of our transit providers. At this time we have shut down all links to Level(3) and will not return these links to service until we receive the all-clear.
Certain Internet destinations may have been unreachable while this issue persisted. Service to our peering partners, including voice services and most UK destinations, was unaffected.
If you continue to observe any issues, please contact the NOC.
