[IP Voice Services] Service Alert 1st July 2015

This is an incident notification regarding IP Voice Services.

Date: Wednesday, 1st July 2015
Start time: 16:50 BST (UTC+0100)
End time: 17:08 BST (UTC+0100)

Services affected:

IP Voice Services.

Report:

Some registrations to IPVS were lost during this period and many could
not be re-established. We believe our supplier had an issue with one
of their clusters and we are awaiting confirmation that the issue is
resolved.

Further details will be supplied as they become available.
