This is an incident notification regarding IP Voice Services and
Hosted Contact Centre.

HIGH.

Report:

We are aware of ongoing issues with one-way audio on calls on both the
IPVS and HCC platforms.

IP Exchange are currently investigating this incident with their
2nd/3rd line teams along with the vendor and the 21CN core network
team. The current focus of the investigation is within the 21CN core
network. We will keep you updated of progress as the investigations
progress. Please be assured our and IP Exchange's focus is to get this
resolved for you as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience in this matter and will provide updates as
they become available.

We do not yet have an estimated time to resolution, however this is
affecting all customers on these platforms across all providers, and
is being treated with the utmost priority by the supplier.

A further update will be issued as soon as more information is available.
