This is an incident notification regarding IP Voice Services and
Hosted Contact Centre.

Impact:

HIGH.

Report:

We are aware of an ongoing issue with one-way audio on outbound calls
on both the IPVS and HCC platforms.

We do not yet have an estimated time to resolution, however this is
affecting all customers on these platforms across all providers, and
is being treated with the utmost priority by the supplier.

A further update will be issued as soon as more information is available.
