[IP Voice Services] - Service Alert : SAA0086 - Call Recording

Please be advised of the following Service Alert on the IP Voice Services platform:

Date: 08/01/2014 at 15:30.

Incident Description

BT IPVS Engineering have become aware of an issue affecting the recording of a small proportion of calls by the Call Recording system resulting in them not to be recorded and therefore visible in the portal.
They believe that this may have been occurring since 06/01.
They are still actively investigating this issue in conjunction with the vendor and will update again once we have further information available.
Unfortunately BT are not able to recover recordings for calls that have been affected by this issue.

BT IPVS apologise for any inconvenience caused.
