At Comtec Enterprises Limited, we are taking all necessary steps to continue to protect the safety and health of our employees and our customers. As such, we have put measures in place to ensure the safe continuation of our business operations.
As the UK continues to work its way through a number of steps which is likely to include various stages of full or partial lockdown, our key staff are working at home to provide remote telephone and online support to our customers and partners.
Our IT systems and infrastructure are both robust and adaptable to cope with significant and disruptive events. All our support staff are well equipped to work from home. and if required, can deploy technology to assist you with your requirements.
If you need support, please contact us as usual on our Network operation Centre which will continue to run 24 x 7 x 365, throughout this and the service desk has a reduced onsite head count with the ability to fully remote work should the need arise.
We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our customers and partners as needed.
