Posted by Adrian Williams on 27 February 2017 04:07 PM
Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on Sunday 5th March 2017 to IP Voice Services.

Date: Sunday 5th March 2017
Start time: 0000 GMT
End time: 0600 GMT

Purpose:

The Engineering Team will be performing works to restart the call processing server clusters on the platform.

Services Affected:

IP Voice Services

Impact:

The Engineering team will be working to make sure this is kept as short as possible and carried out at a time which will affect as few users as possible.
Due to the nature of the works there will be a brief period of no more than 15 minutes, where users may experience excessive post dial delay or may receive busy tone when making calls.
If you receive busy tone, please retry.
If you receive silence when attempting calls, please wait as your call will complete after a delay.

Our Engineering Team will be closely monitoring all systems and services to ensure any disruption is as brief as possible if experienced.

Comtec is tracking this issue under ticket SBM-870-89522 .
