This is an incident notification regarding IP Voice Services. Date: Thursday, 21st July 2016 Start time: 07:45 BST (UTC+0100) End time: 21:00 BST (UTC+0100) Services affected: IP Voice Services Report: The downstream SIP provider replaced a faulty switch card overnight. Engineering confirmed that the secondary BGP connection was up at 21:00 Service was restored at 21:00 and engineering have confirmed service is stable Calls to and from the PSTN are traversing the BGP connections as expected. On-net calling is unaffected.
