Service Alert Ref: SAA0148 Update Issued: 1 – (original issue) 29/04/2016 13.45 Systems/Services Affected: Call to and from the PSTN Incident Summary Start : 29/04/2016 – 13:00 End : TBA Service Impact : MEDIUM Status : OPEN Update 1 – Original Issue 29/04/2016 13:45 Issue: Our monitoring systems have alerted our Engineering team that our Direct Connections to our downstream SIP carrier provider are down. Traffic is currently traversing the back-up Internet Connections and a drop in call quality has been reported. On-net calling is unaffected. Actions Engineering are liaising directly with IP Exchange and more information will be provided when it becomes available. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
