Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on Saturday, 19th March to IP Voice Services. Date: Saturday, 19th March 2016 Start time: 0000 GMT End time: 0400 GMT Purpose: The Engineering team will be performing works to upgrade the Session Border Controller Clusters to the latest patch which contains fixes for few outstanding issues and also provides improved resilience and stability. These SBC clusters currently serve Public IP Centrex customers and 'registering' SIP Trunking customers. Static/Enterprise SIP Trunk Customers will not be affected. The upgrade will be done on the standby half of the HA Pair followed by failover, and the other half will be upgraded. Services Affected: IP Voice Services Impact: We do not expect to lose registrations and connected calls as the other half of the SBC cluster will handle the registrations and call attempts. The Engineering team will be closely monitoring all systems and services to ensure any disruption is as brief as possible, if experienced. Comtec is tracking this issue under ticket GEF-682-38818 Regards, Adrian Williams 2nd Line Voice and Data Support Comtec www.comtec.com For urgent operational issues please always contact noc at comtec.com or 0845 899 1423 and not any named individual.
