Posted by Adrian Williams on 15 October 2015 03:21 PM
Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on Wednesday, 21st October to IP Voice Services.

Date: Wednesday, 21st October 2015
Start time: 2200 BST
End time: Thursday, 22nd October 0400 BST

Purpose:

The Engineering Team will be performing works to decommission an old core call redirect server. The existing servers in the cluster will be available to handle the calls. Throughout the process, resilience and call capacity will be maintained.

The Engineering Team will also be performing works to deploy new media server clusters within the same window. These will be activated in parallel with the existing servers.

Services Affected:

IP Voice Services

Impact:

As such we expect no impact to service when we enable the new server clusters.

Our Engineering Team will be closely monitoring all systems and services, as well as the above, to ensure any disruption is as brief as possible if experienced.
