[IP Voice Services] Maintenance window 11th October 2015

Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on 11th October to IP Voice Services. Date: Friday, 11th October 2015 Start time 0000 BST End time 0600 BST Purpose: The Engineering Team will be performing works to replace core call processing servers with new higher capacity servers to allow for future growth in the platform. This work window will involve the replacement of the primary servers. Service will be re-routed to the secondary server in each call processing cluster prior to the work to replace the primary server. Service will then be re-routed back to the primary call processing servers when the primary server has been successfully replaced with the new hardware. Services affected: IP Voice Services Impact: The Engineering team will be closely monitoring all systems and services to ensure any disruption is as brief as possible.
