[IP Voice Services] Maintenance window 9th October 2015

Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on 9th October to IP Voice Services Date: Friday, 9th October 2015 Start time: 2200 BST End time: Saturday, 10th October 2015 0400 BST Purpose The Engineering Team will be performing works to move core call processing servers onto new hardware with a higher capacity to allow for future growth in the platform. This work window will involve the migration of the secondary servers. The primary server in each call processing cluster will be left in place during this window. As such, there is no expected impact to call processing. Services affected IP Voice Services Impact The Engineering team will be closely monitoring all systems and services to ensure any disruption is as brief as possible.
