IP Voice Services] Maintenance window 2nd October 2015

Please be advised of the following maintenance window scheduled on 2nd October to IP Voice Services. Date: Friday, 2nd October 2015 Start time 0600 BST End time 0900 BST Purpose: The Engineering Team will be performing works to re-route outbound call traffic to off-net destinations to traverse a new, higher capacity SBC cluster, to allow for future growth in the platform. There will be no effect on existing calls when the change in traffic routing is made. All new outbound calls initiated after the change will be routed over the new SBC cluster. ? Inbound off-net calls will be migrated to this new SBC cluster in a separate window. We will advise of these works in a separate notice. Services affected: IP Voice Services Impact: There is no expected risk to service as a result of this change.
