Services affected: IP Voice Services. These works will ONLY affect registering SIP Gateways and SIP enabled PBX's using the uk.ic.sipconnect.hipcom.co.uk/sipconnect.hipcom.co.uk (85.119.63.4) proxy. Impact: Due to the nature of the works there will be a short period where affected devices, until they re-register on the new cluster, will be unable to make or receive calls. For standard configurations it is expected that this period will be no longer than 5 minutes. The Engineering team will be working to ensure that the affect on service is as minimal as possible during this low traffic period. The Engineering Team will be closely monitoring all systems and services, as well as the above, to ensure any disruption is as brief as possible if experienced. Comtec NOC is tracking this issue under ticket [NGR-922-99843] Best regards, Adrian Williams 2nd Line Voice and Data Support Comtec NOC For urgent operational issues please always contact noc at comtec.com or 0845 899 1423 and not any named individual. | |
