I can't receive any calls, what can I do?

There are many reasons why you might not be able to receive calls on your phone, however you can use the following simple and quick steps to try resolve the issue.
Once you have checked the above try calling your phone to see if the issue has now been resolved. If after checking you are still unable to recieve calls then please Submit a Ticket and an engineer will investigate this further. Please note the following:
